Top Ten Tuesday - Books I Did Not Finish (DNF'ed)

Hello, dear readers! Today’s Top Ten Tuesday prompt from Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl is all about the books I didn't finish (or DNF'ed). I won't go into any specific details of why I stopped reading these books, but I will say that most of the time I DNF a book is because it's either boring or I don't like the narrator. Are there any books listed here that you love and believe I should give a second chance? Let me know! Happy Tuesday!

  1. Tom Lake was a DNF for me as well.

    1. I'm not sure why I couldn't get into this book. Maybe I should try the ebook version instead of the audiobook. Meryl Streep is a wonderful actress, but she isn't the best narrator. Thank you for visiting, Lydia!

  3. I have attempted one Fourtune and one Penner book. Both were DNFs for me.

    1. Which book by Carley Fortune did you try? I loved Every Summer After, but I haven't been able to get into her other books. Not sure why. Thank you for visiting.

  5. I DNFed The Keeper of Hidden Books, too. I just didn't seem to connect with the characters or the story. But maybe it was the mood I was in.
