Top Ten Tuesday - Favorite Book Series

Hello, dear readers! Today’s prompt from Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl is The First 10 Books I Randomly Grabbed from My Shelf, but I decided to go with something different since I don’t own any books (not counting cookbooks). I know that probably sounds crazy for a librarian not to have books, but I always get my books from the library or borrow them from apps like Libby and Cloud Library. If, on the rare occasion I buy a physical book, I always donate it to the library after I read it or I put it in my little free library. So, with that being said, this week I decided to do a prompt I missed a few weeks ago and that’s my favorite book series. I couldn’t come up with ten, but here are four I absolutely love. Happy Tuesday!

Knockemout series by Lucy Score

Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling

Dollanganger series by V.C. Andrews

Twilight saga by Stephenie Meyer

    1. I'm not positive, but I believe the flowers on the Knockemout covers were a part of the story somehow. It's been awhile since I've read them, so I don't remember for certain. It's a wonderful series though.

  5. I feel like I'm the only female from my high school that didn't read Flowers in the Attic. I swear everyone had a copy except me.

    1. Yes! I remember it being such a taboo thing reading this book in the 80s, but now compared to the books published nowadays it's pretty tame. LOL. Happy Tuesday!

  6. I've read one of those Lucy Score books, but haven't gotten around to the others yet. And I adore the Harry Potter books. :D

  7. You don't own ANY books? That's wild! I own thousands of physical books and even more e-books. My bookshelves are in my living room, so they are usually the first thing people comment on when they come to my house for the first time. I love it!

I'm also a big HP fan. I never finished the Twilight series or the V.C. Andrews one. I'm awesome at starting series and never finishing them. Ha ha.

    Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

    1. Nope. The only books I have in my house are cookbooks. LOL. I'm also terrible at starting a series and never finishing. I LOVED The Fourth Wing, but I've yet to read The Iron Flame. I have good intentions but never get around to it.

  8. I haven’t thought about Flowers in the Attic in ages, but I read a few books from that series in junior high school.

    1. I did too and it seemed like such a taboo thing back then, didn't it? LOL. I really need to reread them sometime soon.
